Shu-Ya (Alex) Liu is a paralegal at Tung & Associates, APLC. He assists attorneys at the firm mainly in the areas of immigration and personal injury.
Working with the attorneys, Mr. Liu helps clients resolve various immigration issues. He also assists our clients with the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) for both permanent residency and non-permanent residency applications. He handles a wide range of immigration-related cases including investment immigration (EB-5), permanent residency (Green Card), citizenship matters, and various types of visa applications.
Before Mr. Liu joined our law firm, he served as a legal counsel in an intellectual property law firm. His duties consisted of handling disputes in intellectual property law and settlement negotiations. Alex also has extensive experience as a consultant assisting the Legal Aid Foundation in Los Angeles and Taiwan. Under the guidance of attorneys at the foundation, he consulted on legal issues with indigent clients and helped them to resolve those issues.
